Welcome!
This is the Gainesville Chicken Festival scoring website. Admins set the event PIN, import teams & entries, and control judging and publishing. Judges log in with their Judge ID and event PIN to enter scores for assigned entries. After results are published, cook teams can view category results, overall standings, and printed handouts with comments.
Quick Start
Admins
- Set the Event PIN and toggle Judging Open / Publish Results.
- Import Teams and Entries
- Adjust category multipliers and monitor health checks (missing/late entries).
- View live standings, overall per team, and print awards/handouts.
Judges
- Log in with Judge ID + Event PIN (provided by admin).
- Enter the Entry # to auto-fill the team & category, then score Appearance, Taste, Texture.
- Submit once per entry (locked after submit). Comments are optional.
